AGM 2025
Dear Members,
Our Annual General Meeting (AGM), will be held on Thursday November 20th 2025, at 6:30pm, at the Cayman Islands Rugby Club in South Sound.
We are looking for persons who are willing to come on board to get involved and invest time in the continued success of the club. Previous experience is not necessary, but simply a willingness to contribute and volunteer your time for the benefit of the swimmers and growth of the club.
The following documents were sent via email to our members
1. The official Notice & Agenda for the meeting;
2. The Nomination Forms to be on the Board of Directors for the 2025-26 season.
Nominees will be elected at the AGM and please note that all nominations must be received by the Secretary no later than 7pm on Wednesday 19th November 2025.
