Coach Bryce has always had interest in swimming however due to his involvement in other sports in Cayman, swimming was always put to the side. In 2018, he had the opportunity to go away to Canada where he studied Automotive Mechanics and played basketball alongside his studies. On his return to Cayman he volunteered at John Grey High School in the Physical Education department where he developed his coaching skills which he uses today. He then got the opportunity to focus on swimming, and he coached alongside Coach Chester Hurlston, Coach Ryan Mushin and former Stingray Coach David Pursley.

He has been employed by the Department of Sports since 2019, coaching as a part of the Government Schools’ swim program.

Bryce joined Stingray Swim Club in 2019 under the leadership of Coach David Pursley. Coach David and Coach Jacky Pellerin have played an integral role in Bryce´s coaching career. They have taken him under their wing and taught him everything he knows.

Bryce strives to see the kids happy, smiling, improving, and getting better every day. Swimming is a life skill that he hopes to teach to as many people as possible.
