CLUB FEES
Fees comprise of:
- Annual membership fee: Payable at the start of a swim season (which begins in September) or upon joining, which covers the required CIASA membership. This fee also includes a Stingray Swim Club t-shirt and cap.
- Coaching fee: Payable in full at the start of the season OR 50% paid on September registration with the remainder due 60 months later (31 January). The coaching fee is aligned to the Swim Group in which your child is assigned.
To note:
- Fees will be pro-rated for part years for new joiners after 1 October.
- After 31 January, a 5% penalty on outstanding fee balances will be applied. The Club's financial year runs from 1 September each year.
- Swimmers who transition from one Swim Groups to another will be required to pay the difference in Coaching fees between group. Coaching fees will be pro-rated for the remainder of the membership year.
- Additional fees will be required for swim meets, charged based on swimmer participation. These amounts will be invoiced on a monthly basis as applicable. International meets will be addressed separately for trip amounts, permissions and practicalities.
