Michael Lockwood Memorial Swim Meet 2008   As always the MLM Swim Meet was a great success with over 70 swimmers attending this four day swim meet including 7 swimmers from two teams in Jamaica .  The competition was stiff and most of the swimmers put everything into their swims to ensure that they swam PB’s (personal best times) at the end of the day.   Despite this being the first long event swim meet of the season, a number of swimmers not only improved on their Life Time Best...

Notable swims were those of...

SSC’s Summer Swim Camp 2008 with guest Coach Chris Kemp turned out to be a great success.  With twenty athletes attending from all over including the Brac it was a blast with four hours of swimming and activities planned everyday.  Starting with a half hour stretching routine and followed by an hour of in pool technique training it certainly was a busy day for all taking part.  After snack time the athletes had another training session followed by lunch and some fun and games to end off the day. ...
